How to use the ECD Live website
Using ECD Live is simple!
Firstly, your company will require registration to use the ECD Live. This is a quick process and will only require a call or email to get you started.
Once you have received your unique company access Username and Password you're ready to go!
1. Select "Login" in the menu:

2. Enter your Username and password (as provided by SETS) - Then click the "Log on" button:

3. Once logged on you are now ready to query the database:
Search ECD by:
- Document Number
- Tanker Number
- Serial Number (SETS own unique number)
Ensure that the date range is set, otherwise the ECD Live will only return the last days activity.
Quick Searching for Document, Tank and Serial Numbers
Sometimes tank numbers may be stored inconsistently on the ECD Live database.
To make it easier for you; we have allowed for partial searches in any of the input boxes.
Therefore, if you were searching for all documents with the Tank Number: "T1234", you may type in the Tank Number search box: "1234" (without quotes). The results will then display all Tank numbers with the these numbers, regardless of whether the "T" was originally entered or not.

4. Results of you search will be displayed below:

5. You may now either View or Save the ECD as a file on your computer. Simply click on the relevant link, as shown below:

Please note the numbers at the bottom of the Search results. These are page search numbers which you can used to navigate to older documents within your search query.

6. You can sort by Title:

Click on any of the header titles and the database will re-sort the results for that title.
Your ECD data is secured by a SSL encrypted web certificate to ensure that we deliver your data safely to you.
